I had an opportunity to travel the up and dow the coast in San Diego County. I could not stop thinking about how this area just symbolizes the great California Living. I am in awe of the pristine beaches, the towns themselves such as Encinitas, Carlsbad, Solana Beach and Del Mar, and of course the magnificent new home developments in the hills that over looks the sea, such as the La Costa Real Estate.
Between the scenery, the weather and the marvelous people, I know I am tempted to pick up and move there right away.
Relocation is a lot simpler today than a few years ago. Jobs are easy to find, it is a buyers market, so I know I will be able to find a new home. As far as my home I own here in San Barbara, it is well over priced, so if I offer a large discount , I will be able to sell qjuickly and still have an abundance of cash for my new San Diego Home. The more I think about it, I realley think I will make the move.
